Gwen and Darren are the best! They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are great negotiators and they helped us sell our home quickly beyond the asking price! How wonderful! We have to move out of town before our furniture can be shipped, they made extra effort to help us arrange the packing and shipping of our furniture store and boxes, they helped taking care of our repairs so we don't need to worry about anything. They even paid for our repairs in advance before we can pay them back. Their services are excellent and I highly recommend them!

From beginning to end, a great team to work with. Had the far better presentation calculating the comparables for my area and have expert knowledge of the Silver Firs neighborhood I live in. Still cannot believe the level of service I received including Darren himself arranging for contractors to repair the items discovered during the inspection while I was out of state at my new job. Quite simply, they are the best and I hope I can get transferred back to Washington someday just so I can use them again. And by the way, in the dead of winter market, they sold my house in 1 day! They assisted me with the sale of my home and purchase of my town house, with simultaneous close dates, and made the process far easier than I could have expected. Despite the "off season" - selling at Christmas time - they coordinated a fast listing, handled all of the logistics behind the scenes, and obtained a full-price offer in three days. Three Days, Y'all! All I can say is "WOW!!". Darren and Gwen have been amazing to work with. We decided to use them because they have so much experience in our area. They live within our general neighborhood and have extensive knowledge of the area. We listed our home with them and went on the search for our new home with them. The first house we were interested in and actually made an offer on was quite a fixer. When we went to do our home inspection on the property, Darren showed up with a flashlight, camera and crawl suit ready to go. I've never seen an agent do that. He got in the attic with my husband. That's unheard of. In the long run, we ended up buying a new construction home.
Here's the kicker. We had simultaneous closings on the same day with our house and the new house. First of all, Darren and Gwen recommended a wonderful mortgage company (Snohomish Mortgage-Tim) and we found that he would be able to meet the deadline we had. In the end, the closings happened in about 2 1/2 weeks. Has anyone ever heard of a loan closing in that period of time. Darren and Gwen were in constant communication of the days of signing and closing and made sure that all would go smoothly.
In the end, we would have changed nothing. They were amazing and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that will work tirelessly for you.

It is with great pleasure that Addie and I write this review of our Real Estate transaction with Darren and Gwen Munson, Managing Brokers with Windermere Mill Creek office.
We choose to do business with the Munson's because several years ago I had a transaction with Darren and found him to be very honest and professional and told my wife that if we should ever choose to sell our home this is the individual we should use.
In the fall we contacted Darren and Gwen Munson and asked them to meet with us as we needed a realtor to sell our home, as we were moving out of state to retire. After our first meeting we4 listed our home with them and have never looked back. They were very helpful in all areas of the process and always quick to respond to our questions or concerns keeping us updated as the transaction moved forward. They always looked out for our best interest making sure we received what they promised from the beginning.
Our home has sold and the transaction is completed, thanks to the professionalism and the integrity of the Munson's. We have established a lasting friendship for which we are grateful.
